With a background spanning both the high school and adult prison environments, I possess a wealth of experience in managing challenging behaviour and overseeing exclusion settings. My skills in creating structured, supportive environments and fostering positive change are complemented by my ability to de-escalate conflict and maintain a calm atmosphere. Drawing from this experience, I have developed a series of behaviour workbooks specifically tailored for KS2, KS3, KS4, and SEND pupils.
